Monthly  Draw - Terms & Conditions

 

1. Promoter

• The draw is organised and promoted by El Alquimista Lounge SL.

 

2. Eligibility

• The draw is open to participants aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of El Alquimista Lounge SL and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

 

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must choose one number between 1 and 49.

• The cost of entry is €10 per number.

• Each number may only be purchased once per draw.

• Multiple numbers may be purchased by a single participant.

• Payment must be made in full via a payment link at the time of entry.

 

4. Draw

• The winning number will be drawn on the last Friday of every month by one of our customers during service in the restaurant.

• The draw will be conducted fairly and at random with the results posted to Facebook using a recording of the live draw as evidence of the winning number.

• The restaurant’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

5. Prize

• The prize is a meal for two people, including one bottle of house wine, from the full à la carte menu at El Alquimista Lounge SL.

• The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

6. Prize Redemption

• The winner must redeem the prize within three (3) months of the draw date.

• Advance booking is required, and the winner must mention the prize at the time of reservation.

• The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

• The prize is not valid on special event days, including but not limited to holidays, ticketed events, or themed dining nights.

 

7. Additional Costs

• Any additional food, beverages (other than the included bottle of house wine), or services are payable at the time by the winner.

 

8. Unclaimed Prize

• If the prize is not redeemed within the stated three-month period, it will be forfeited with no alternative offered.

 

9. General

• El Alquimista Lounge SL reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the draw or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Participation in the draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
