Gift Vouchers - Terms & Conditions

 

1. Redemption

• Vouchers are redeemable only at El Alquimista Lounge SL.

• Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment.

• Multiple vouchers may be purchased and used per table.

 

2. Validity

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

 

3. Non-Cash Value

• Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• No change or credit will be given if the voucher value exceeds the total bill.

 

4. Usage Restrictions

• Vouchers may not be valid on public holidays, special event days, or during promotional periods unless otherwise stated.

• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions.

 

5. Food & Beverage Scope

• Unless stated otherwise, vouchers are valid for food and beverages or gratuities.

 

6. Booking Requirements

• Advance booking may be required. Please mention the voucher at the time of reservation and on arrival.

• Voucher use is subject to availability.

 

7. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

• Lost, stolen, damaged, or defaced vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

 

8. Transferability

• Vouchers are not transferable and must not be resold or used for other purposes.

 

9. Refunds

• Purchased vouchers are non-refundable.

 

10. Restaurant Rights

• El Alquimista Lounge SL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw vouchers at any time without prior notice.

• The restaurant’s decision in all matters relating to vouchers is final.
