Diners Club - Terms & Conditions

General Eligibility & Membership

• Membership Benefits: 10% discount on the full priced À la carte menu only, priority notice of special events and promotions.

• Membership Presentation: To redeem the 10% discount, members must inform their server that they are a member of a valid El Alquimista members club at the time of ordering.

• Age Requirement: Members must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the program.

• Non-Transferable: Membership and its associated benefits are personal to the individual member and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

 

Offer Specifics & Exclusions

• À la Carte Only: The discount applies strictly to the full priced  à la carte menu. It does not apply to set menus, tasting menus, daily specials or seasonal promotional menus. 

• Beverages Included: Unless otherwise stated, the discount only applies to drinks where food has been ordered also.

• No Stacking: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, vouchers, or existing restaurant discounts and will only be applied to the relevant split bill where at least one person must be a member of the Diners Club or equivalent.

• Group Size Limits: The discount is valid per couple only (where the other person is not a member themselves). For larger groups, the restaurant reserves the right to withhold the discount or apply it only to a member's individual meal.

• Service Charges: We do not automatically add service charges; however, for larger groups (8+) enjoying our member discounts, a discretionary tip is strongly encouraged to recognise the team’s service. 

• Restrictions: The discount is not valid on other special menus or special event days.

 

Administrative Rights

• Right to Modify: The restaurant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Diners Club program or these terms at any time without notice.

• Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute regarding the application of the discount, the restaurant management's decision is final.

• Data Privacy: By joining the club, members consent to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with the restaurant's privacy policy.
